Becoming an expert deep sea fisher is a dream that many people have—but it’s also one that few have been able to master it.
Deep sea fishing—as the name suggests—takes place in the deepest waters, the minimum limit being 100ft. It is also called boat fishing, big game fishing, or sportfishing. As opposed to regular fishing, deep fishing requires a deeper understanding of the sea, angles, and fishing techniques if you want a trip to be successful.
The aim of deep sea fishing is to capture species of fish that are not readily available near the shore, such as Marlins, Tunas, Sharks, Swordfish, and more. These fish are big, requiring deep, populated water for food.
