Panga fishing is most popular around the Island. Now that summer is coming up, summertime is great to fish for big fish such as roosterfish , dorados and groupers.

The Island is right in front of El Sargento town which has become very well known for kite fishing as they frequently have very strong winds that attracts many kite surfers from around the world all year around.

So, if fishing is what you want, we strongly recommend checking out the wind conditions before planning a trip out there since all they offer at this Island are small pangas that are actually great when wind conditions are favorable.
